The "Command Center" is a large, empty room with a set of energized crystals on a pedistal in the center of the room. The center is underwater. It is accessed first by walking through the tunnel, then across a brightly lit, blue walkway, then through an entryway. The entryway requires that the outer button be pressed to open the entry door, and the inner button pressed twice to close the door and open the second door. (The purpose of this "security measure" is never explained.)
